Customized Service Process

Project manager will go to the setup site for collecting information, and then make an outline for the products according to the test standards. Our engineer will calculate and do some simulation test. If everything is approved as the requirement, we will provide an appropriate scheme to customer, including chamber size specification, lifting temperature rate, water and electricity configuration, convenient operation and so on.

After the confirmation of the order, our technical chief engineer, structural engineer, refrigeration engineer and electrical engineer will review the project production method within 2 days and provide 3D design drawing within one week.
